The HERZOG automation units enable fully autonomous laboratory operation without the need for operator intervention. The HERZOG units automate most of the tedious and laborious sample preparation steps: Sample loading (HL-DM), capping/ decapping of vials and bottles (HL-CU), centrifuging (HL-ACU) and cleaning of beakers (HL-BCU). The PrepMaster Vision software performs a reliable quality check for turbidity and foreign objects, as well as automated clearance for analysis.
In this way, the automation units can be combined with units for digestion, mixing and dispensing to build up a Liquid Lab which is absolutely tailored to your specific requirements. Repetitive handling steps become fully automated, minimizing the risk of errors and exposure to hazardous substances. Real-time monitoring and data capture enhance process visibility, while integrated software components support robust documentation and traceability. The entire system accommodates a range of vessel sizes and sample amounts.
