All advantages at a glance

Specially designed for automatic sample transport

The fully automatic HR-LA laboratory station is designed for the automatic receiving and opening of a pneumatic carrier as well as automatically emptying the sample material into a cup via a funnel and dosing unit. Different sample aliquots can be dosed, e.g., for production of a pressed tablet or determination of the particle size. The carrier is then closed again and returned to the airtube station in the plant.

The station can handle granular and powder material. During emptying of the capsule, the discharge funnel is closedto prevent leakage of dust. The funnel and the dosing unit are then automatically cleaned by cleaning nozzles to prevent contamination of subsequent samples. If required sample material can be dosed into an average sample magazine (option).

Easy integration due to modular design

The HR-LA can be integrated into the modular system of HP-CA (automatic jaw crusher), HP-MA (automatic vibration disc mill), HP-PA (automatic tablet press) or HP-MP (combined mill and press). The sample material dosed into a sample cup is transported by the internal conveyor belt to the linked modules.

Flexible operation

An operator panel permits manual operation and determination of program parameters. For manual operation, the HR-LA is well accessible by a door with safety lock on the left side of the machine. Using the machine door, carriers can be removed or introduced.

Easy maintainability

The HR-LA laboratory station is designed for industrial use and requires a minimum of service. It is accessible through side doors for internal maintenance and repair work.
