HSC50 / MT: Manueller Backenbrecher mit Metaldetektor

The solution for manual coarse and pre-shredding of hard and brittle materials including a detector for metallic particles - your choice for top quality and cost efficiency

Area of Application

Use
Metal detector with subsequent breaking (jaw crusher) of sample material for further processing e.g. by grinding.

Material
Stone, minerals, ores, glass, ceramics, building materials, brittle metal alloys and many other hard and brittle substances

Operation Mode
Manuel

Advantages

Compact design
The HSC50 / MT model was specially developed for sample preparation in the laboratory. The space-saving, dust-tight device fits on any laboratory table or stand.

Safe and easy operation
The Jaw Crusher HSC 50 / MT was developed for the rapid but gentle crushing of medium-hard, hard, brittle and tough materials.
After the funnel has been filled, the metal detection, the separation of the metal contained sample material and the crushing take place automatically. The crushed sample material falls into a cup and can be used for further sample preparation. Material with metallic particles is also filled into a cup via an output chute and can be removed and examined by the operator.
Due to its permanently lubricated bearings and its robust construction, the HSC50 / MT can be regarded as maintenance-free.
The opening of the crusher is 40 x 40 mm, the crushing jaws are available in various types of steel. The crusher unit can easily be removed for easy cleaning.
