Tool Condition Monitoring for Disc Mills
HERZOG launches a new sensor-based technology for automatic monitoring of the performance of disc mills (patent pending). This latest development opens the door to a wide range of different applications including tool condition monitoring (TCM), predictive maintenance (PM) and control of grinding efficiency. Here, we present a solution for automatic TCM and PM of the swing aggregate implemented in the PrepMaster Analytics software.
