This laboratory automation is designed for the fast sample preparation of steel samples for the OES analysis

This automation is designed for the preparation of up to 500 steel samples per day. Significant features of this powerful laboratory are the small footprint, flexibility and intelligent control.
The samples can be possibly inserted manually or by integration of an airtube system. The surface milling is done by the HS-FF 2000 with two independently operated precision milling spindles for various material grades. After milling the samples are forwarded to the OES.
The system is under control of the Prepmaster which allows the most flexible and efficient sample handling. The Prepmaster also manages the administration of recalibration samples and the connection to the HOST computer.
