Herzog announces the release of the new Atline Lab. The Atline Lab is a compact solution for automatic sampling, preparation and analysis of powder samples. Since the Atline Lab is placed directly in the plant there is no need to transport samples into a central laboratory, e.g., by a pneumatic airtube system. The economical price, the small footprint and the fast reaction time of the Atline Lab make it a perfect choice for analysis of raw meal, cement and many other materials.

The Atline Lab is combined with a sampler optimally suited for each material and a mixer ensuring the supply of a fully homogenized sample. The combined mill- and press HP-MP guarantees the sample preparation precisely matched to the analytical requirements of the material. The Atline Lab runs fully-automatic without any personnel. Only routine maintenance and checks must be carried out.
