New approach for real-time monitoring of disc mills
HERZOG has recently introduced a novel approach for real-time measurement of the grinding performance in laboratory disc mills. Using this new technology you can already verify during the grinding process whether the sample preparation was carried out according to the standards. The quantitative assessment allows the detection of, e.g., deviations from the expected pattern, below-average milling results or excessive agglomeration. Furthermore, it is of great support for application development, defining the optimal mill parameters and identifying the right grinding aid.
This smart-industry solution is part of the PrepMaster Analytics software and will be an important contribution to enhance your analytical accuracy and reproducibility.
