Predictive maintenance in disc mills using sensory signal monitoring
HERZOG introduces a new approach allowing predictive maintenance of disc mills. Based on sensory acceleration data the technology monitors the anchor bolts in disc mills and detects an impending failure well before the actual breakdown of the machine. Using the PrepMaster Analytics software it becomes possible to predict and schedule the next necessary maintenance. Combined with other powerful Tool Condition Monitoring tools it enables the laboratory to achieve the maximum level of machine availability and analytical accuracy.
